• Making quality vocational education accessible to marginalized/ refugee youth in developing countries
• Enabling the participants from both sides to learn from a different culture and experience different cultures.
• Transferring knowledge from senior professionals to young  professionals.
• Transferring knowledge from  leaders, professionals and teachers on sustainability
• Promoting initiatives to develop sustainable eco-projects, to provide know-how, expertise, experiences and funding with Bhutanese and Karen.
